Brett Castro is a New York-based songwriter, producer, and vocal arranger. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, he is a graduate of NYU Tisch’s Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music (BFA).

His work spans television, branding, and music direction, notably as a songwriter and producer for the Nickelodeon series Well Versed, which received a Children's & Family Emmy® Award. In addition to his network television work, he has directed music and vocal arrangements for NBCUniversal, AEW, J. Crew, and Hersheypark.

 

As the founder of Cul-De-Sac Studios in Brooklyn, Brett’s productions have been featured on Netflix and CBS, as well as in Billboard and Rolling Stone. A specialized vocal director and award-winning arranger, he has led more than 80 ensembles for both studio recordings and live brand activations.
